This Cake was made for a Mom of Three boys...who is expecting their first girl!! She is so excited to finally get to have some ribbons and lace around and wanted the cake as pink and girly as possible!
Chocolate Cake with American Buttercream, and Homemade Marshmallow Fondant.
I wanted to tie the cupcakes to the cake with more than just the color so I made the top cupcake a matching flower like the one on the cake.
All of the flowers and beads around the base of the cake are dusted in edible glitter to make it super girly!
I did both Chocolate and Vanilla Cupcakes to make sure everyone got what they wanted at the shower!
These Pearl Dragees made the perfect centers for the flowers.
